What is it doing out there? Were you really just after an alfresco washing experience, or is there something more sinister afoot with the death of the old washing machine?
We really needed to use the old washing machine (as I wouldn't let the inside, clothes washing, machine be used) for a job that is usually done slowly and painstakingly with a little scrubbing brush and bucket of water. It might still have to be finished off with the little brush but most of the unmentionable stuff was washed off by the Simpson. The grey (tinged with quite a bit of green) water was put on the roses. You can just see what was being washed in the photo, if you've seen them before you will know what they are.
Aha, I think I know what was being washed now. Quite.
