dragonfly

Due to my cameralessness, here is a photo I prepared earlier, taken last September and that must be the reason for the abundance of greenness in the background. The dragonfly was resting on laundry in the basket.

Thanks to the autumn watering, bare dirt has turned green and this emu family (one dad and .... eight young'uns) have something to eat.

unfriendly cow

The (neighbours') white cow with her head down is throwing dust up on her back in a menacing way, she may be a camera shy cow saying "no photos" or more likely just a highly protective mother looking out for her little calf.
