edge of the thunderstorm

Looking to the south east - poddies, not a bit worried about thunder and lightning, think it must be tea time again, more pellets.
North east and the storm is passing by leaving only three drops of rain, lots of wind and an eerie red light while in the west.....
the sun sets picturesquely as if nothing is happening.

windows and a door

This is part of the shearers' quarters at Shaws' very old shearing shed. No shearers come to visit now.

why I couldn't shut my window this morning

A gecko was hiding behind the prop holding the window open
but after he made an unhurried departure I closed the window.

the old school bus

Some fluffy, non raining clouds, the baled hay, drying out channel and in the distance the white school bus has just come round the corner.
